February, the month of love! 
    I love this time of year...dare I say it?  I love the pink and red and hearts everywhere, the chocolate that greets you at every store you walk into, the candy hearts with little love notes written on them.  Something about this time of year makes us all yearn for that certain someone to declare their undying love for us. 
     The greatest love note ever written is easily accessible to all who chose to read it!  It's written in hundreds of languages, hundreds of versions, all geared to get your attention for a wonderful relationship that endures forever!  This love letter transcends generations, races, gender, and age.  It is written for us to tell us of the great love Our Father has for us!
    He loves us so much that He gave us His undying love in the form of His Son, Jesus!   John 3:16 says:  "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son.  That whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life"  Talk about undying love: Jesus was crucified, died and then ROSE AGAIN in the most supremely unselfish, loving act ever committed before or since!  He lives to this day, loving us and wanting a relationship with us, each one of us.  But it is our decision, we can make the choice. 
    As you think about Valentine's Day, think about love.  The love that  our Heavenly Father has for us.  We are offered a chance of a relationship that will last eternally without the restrictions the world puts on us.  True, everlasting and unconditional love.  It's ours for the asking.  Just ask today...give yourself a Valentine's Day gift that will be with you forever!
